Halloween Monster Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. BREWBERRY LLC d/b/a Brewberry Pittsburgh, 6119 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, info@brewberrypgh.com ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is funded entirely by Sponsor.
2. Eligibility. Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, live in the United States (including students in the U.S. on a valid visa), and can pick up a prize in person at 6119 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 during the pickup period below. Owners and employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and anyone living in the same home) are not eligible.
3. Entry period. Entries are accepted from October 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through October 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Sponsor's clock is the official clock for this giveaway.
4. How to enter. Complete the online entry form linked on this page. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries (including entries using more than one email address), and incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries, will be disqualified. Following, liking, tagging, commenting, or sharing on any social media is not required, and doing so does not provide extra entries or improve your chances.
5. Drawing and odds. On Oct 29, Sponsor will randomly select winners from all eligible entries using a random number generator. The first entry drawn receives the 1st prize, the second the 2nd prize, and so on. Sponsor will also draw alternates, in order. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes.
   • 1st prize: Labubu LET'S CHECKMATE — approximate retail value (ARV) $36.99
   • 2nd prize: Labubu Big Into Energy Mystery Box — approximate retail value (ARV) $26.99
   • 3rd prize: Labubu PIN FOR LOVE Mystery Box — approximate retail value (ARV) $19.99
   Total ARV of all prizes: $83.97. Each winner also receives one complimentary Halloween special drink. The drink is redeemed on-site only, at the time of prize pickup; it can't be redeemed on a later visit, transferred, or exchanged for cash. There's no size selection. If the Halloween special menu isn't available, Sponsor may substitute a drink of equal or greater value. Mystery box prizes contain a randomly assorted design; the design can't be chosen, exchanged, or returned. All prizes are authentic products purchased at retail by Sponsor. There is no cash alternative, and prizes may not be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner notification and pickup. Potential winners will be notified by email from info@brewberrypgh.com by October 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and must reply within 24 hours to confirm. Prizes must be picked up in person at 6119 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 on Friday, Oct 30 (8am - 7pm) or Saturday, Oct 31 (9am - 7pm). Winners must show a valid government-issued photo ID (a passport is fine) matching the name on their entry. Prizes are not shipped. A potential winner who doesn't reply in time, can't be verified, or doesn't pick up the prize by the end of the pickup period forfeits it, and Sponsor may award it to the next alternate.
8. Winner announcement and publicity. Sponsor will announce winners by first name and last initial on Sponsor's Instagram and Facebook accounts and on this page. At pickup, winners may be invited to take a photo with their prize for Sponsor's social media; this is optional, and declining doesn't affect the prize. Sponsor will not publish a winner's full name, contact details, or photo without their permission.
9. Taxes. Each prize is valued under $600, so Sponsor will not issue tax forms. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. Privacy. Sponsor collects the name and email address you submit only to run this giveaway and contact winners. Entries are stored in Sponsor's Google Workspace account and are never sold. Non-winning entries are deleted within 60 days after the drawing. Only if you check the optional marketing box on the entry form, Sponsor may also add your email to its customer email list (which may be managed through its point-of-sale provider) to send news and offers; you can unsubscribe anytime. Marketing consent is not required to enter.
11. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness — in which case Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or emails.
12. Release. By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its owners and employees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
13. Facebook and Instagram. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant fully releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any liability related to this giveaway. Questions should be directed to Sponsor, not to Facebook or Instagram.
14. Trademarks. POP MART, LABUBU, and THE MONSTERS are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the prizes. This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by POP MART.
15. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
16. Winners list. For a list of winners (first name and last initial), email info@brewberrypgh.com within 30 days after the pickup period ends.
